Nicole M. Churchill
PMC2009PhotoOp010.jpgNicole M. Churchill has been employed with Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A. since 2007. She received her Associates Degree in paralegal studies from Lakeland Community College in December of 2005 and is a notary public. She supports Attorney Dennis G. Mille and Attorney Monica M. Newell in the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid, Wills, Probate and Guardianships.
 
Stacie L. Kenipe

PMC2009PhotoOp013.jpgStacie L. Kenipe has been employed with Phillips, Mille & Costabile since 2007.  She is currently taking courses at Cuyahoga Community College and working towards an Associates Degree in the Arts.  She is the receptionist and performs other administrative responsibilities.
 

 
Susan Graves
PMC2009PhotoOp019Ms. Graves began working as a legal assistant in 1975.  She worked with Mr. Phillips from 1987 through 1992 and rejoined Phillips, Mille & Costabile in 2007 to assist in the collections department where she works in support of Mr. Phillips' role as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in managing State of Ohio collection cases.  Ms. Graves also is the producer for the firm-sponsored weekly radio broadcast, "The Advocate,"  heard on  Cleveland radio station WHK, 1420 AM on Thursday evenings.  She has also organized and managed the firm's CLE seminars.
 
Linda M. Janek
PMC2009PhotoOp018Linda M. Janek has been employed with Phillips, Mille & Costabile since 2006. She received her Associates Degree in paralegal studies in 2007 from Cuyahoga Community College.  Linda supports Nicholas E. Phillip’s role as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in collections of  money owed to the State of Ohio.  She also supports Martin S. McClelland in commercial collections as well as other various administrative duties.
