Nicholas E. Phillips heads the litigation department of Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A. He has practiced law for over twenty years. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University in 1970, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron in 1973.

Admitted to practice: Ohio Supreme Court, Hawaii Supreme Court (inactive), U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court of Hawaii, Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

Mr. Phillips is a member of the American, Ohio, Hawaii, Cuyahoga County, Cleveland, and Parma Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.  He is a Certified Civil Trial Advocate.  He specializes in civil trial work.  Out of Ohio's nearly 35,000 attorneys, slightly over 100 are certified by the National board of Trial Advocacy and the Ohio Supreme Court.

Mr. Phillips' community involvement includes being an active member of the North Royalton Lions Club, and the North Royalton Chamber of Commerce. From 1984 to 1995 he served as an elected member of the North Royalton Board of Education. Mr. Phillips served as the North Royalton Law Director from 1996 to 1997.  Presently, Mr. Phillips serves as Chief Volunteer Magistrate for the North Royalton Community Diversion Program, a program sponsored by the Cuyahoga County Court Juvenile Division.  Mr. Phillips is a retired Air Force Colonel and was the former Senior IMA Judge Advocate at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robbins air Force Base in Georgia.

Dennis G. Mille heads the non-litigation department. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1969, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Capital's Law School in 1972.

Mr. Mille is a member of the American, Ohio, California, and Cleveland Bar Associations. He also holds membership in other associations including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and The Judge Advocates Association (life member).    He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney.  Out of Ohio's nearly 35,000 attorneys,  approximately 14 are Certified as Elder Law Attorneys.

Admitted to practice: Ohio Supreme Court, California Supreme Court (inactive), U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

Mr. Mille is active in the community by serving on the following boards and committees: Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce and Southwest General Hospital Trustee.  Mr. Mille was a member of the Middleburg Heights Jaycees, Jaycee Foundation, and was awarded the honor of United States Jaycee Ambassador #2206. He provides free legal consultations to senior citizens at the Tri- City Senior Center, the North Royalton Office on Aging, and the Strongsville Senior Center.  Mr. Mille is a retired Air Force Colonel and was the former Senior IMA Judge Advocate at Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.

Gregory S. Costabile heads the family law department of Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A.  He graduated cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland- Marshall College of Law in 1992. He has a diverse practice with an emphasis in the areas of domestic relations, civil and criminal litigation, contract, collections, and  municipal law. 

Mr. Costabile is a member of the American (Family Law Division), Ohio, and Cleveland Bar Associations. He is also a member of Justinian Forum and the Cleveland-Marshall Alumni Association. He is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law.  Out of Ohio's nearly 35,000 attorneys approximately 74 are so certified.

Mr. Costabile's civic involvement includes membership with the Knights of Columbus, Mayfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Fraternal Order of Police, Schnurman House Board of Trustees, as well as, a lector for the Church of St. Clare.  He served as an Assistant to the Law Director for the City of North Royalton from 1996 to 1997.  Mr Costabille was elected to the Mayfield Heights City Council in 1999 and was unanimously selected by his peers to the office of President of Council, a position he has held since January 1, 2002.  In addition to Council President, he also serves on the Board of Zoning Appeals, Commission on Aging, Tax Incentive Review council, and chairs the Master Plan Review Committee.

Stewart S. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University in 1974, and received his Juris Doctor in 1979 from Cleveland- Marshall College of Law. His practice consists in large part of litigation, business and real estate law. He has also been a member of the faculty at Cuyahoga Community College.  He is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.

Monica M. Newell received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2001.  Her practice concentrates in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, wills, probate, guardianships, real estate, corporate planning and taxation.

Ms. Newell graduated from Cleveland State university in 1986 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science,  She has prior experience in the corporate community as a consultant in the areas of healthcare, pension administration, and retirement planning.  She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
