Phillip J. Henry

Phillip J. Henry is President, Co-owner and Managing Attorney at Phillips & Mille Co., L.P.A., serving clients from the firm's Middleburg Heights, Ohio office. Since his admission to the Ohio Bar in 1999, he has focused on elder law, estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, business law, litigation, contract law, collections, personal injury, breach of fiduciary matters, family law, and real estate law. Mr. Henry earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Toledo.
